Planned rounds Malaysia’s 2022 licensing round opened on 27 January and will close on a date yet to be decided. No further details are available. Open rounds India’s Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) has again extended the deadline for submissions to its Discovered Small Fields 3 bid round to 15 March 2022. The round, which contains 32 contract areas across both onshore and offshore, opened on 10 June 2021.
