Licensing round December update
The industry's most comprehensive list of current and recent rounds for onshore and offshore licences
Open rounds India’s Directorate General of Hydrocarbons has extended the deadline for submissions to its Discovered Small Fields 3 bid round to 31 January 2022. The round, which contains 32 contract areas both onshore and offshore, opened on 10 June 2021 after some delay. Indonesia’s Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources announced the opening of its second bidding round for 2021 on 29 November 2021. The round includes four blocks via the direct-offer model and four via regular tender, and will close on 11 January 2022 and 24 March 2022 respectively.
