Namibia continues to deliver fresh discoveries and attract international investment as the undoubted global hotspot for exploration. The country’s offshore is so prolific and promising that the industry’s attention is now spreading into neighbouring South African waters, despite the country’s bureaucratic and legislative hurdles.
