The president has signed a series of executive orders to advance his climate policies, but Senate Republicans remain an obstacle
President Joe Biden has moved quickly and aggressively through a series of executive actions to launch a US government-wide effort to combat climate change, after the Trump administration gutted Obama-era initiatives to fight the crisis.
