Canadian indie has plans to quickly increase its production in the Latin American country, says CEO Marshall Abbott
Independent Arrow Exploration is planning a rapid ramp-up of its Colombian crude production, CEO Marshall Abbott tells Petroleum Economist. The TSX-listed firm has the goal of lifting production to 3,000bl/d within 15 months and 10,000bl/d in 3-4 years. “We do not think that is an unreasonable goal, given our assets”, Abbott says. In the three quarters ending 30 September 2021, production averaged 575bl/d, the largest portion of which still came from the company’s assets in Western Canada. But their expansion plans are focused on Colombia. Current production is over 1,200bl/d.
