Delta Offshore Energy is developing Vietnam's first fully privately owned LNG-to-power project at Bac Lieu in the Mekong Delta. Managing Director Ian Nguyen talks to Petroleum Economist about his company's plans and the LNG sector’s future in Vietnam.
