Delta Offshore Energy is developing Vietnam's first fully privately owned LNG-to-power project at Bac Lieu in the Mekong Delta. Managing Director Ian Nguyen talks to Petroleum Economist about his company's plans and the LNG sector’s future in Vietnam. Can you give an update on the progress and expected completion dates for the Bac Lieu LNG terminal and power plant?
