Shell-Eneco JV taps Ballard for fuel-cell energy storage

Crosswind, a joint venture between Shell and Dutch energy firm Eneco, has ordered a 1MW dispatchable fuel-cell power system from Ballard for integration into its 759MW Hollandse Kust Noord offshore windfarm.
