Albania The government has offered a 30-year build-operate-transfer concession on an oil terminal at its southern port of Vlore to Italy's logistics services provider, La Petrolifera Italo-Rumena. Vlore port will be the end point of the future AMBO oil pipeline, which will begin at Bourgas, Bulgaria. Armenia Iran has agreed to provide the country with at least 1.1bn cm/y of gas. The countries also agreed to build a 141-km gas pipeline between Megri and Karajan, which will cost an estimated $200m.
