With plans to restart production from an idled gas field, Angus Energy has found no shortage of interest
UK independent Angus Energy has had “at least six bona fide approaches” to participate in its formal sales process (FSP) and/or other indications of interest in a potential offer for either all of its shares or its interest in the Saltfleetby onshore gas field. The company initiated the FSP in early January following “a series of approaches with interest in—and in one instance an indicative non-binding offer for—some or all of the company's 51pc interest in Saltfleetby, which is under consideration”.
