Leading energy industry publications Petroleum Economist and World Oil, both owned by Gulf Energy Information (Gulf), are to partner on publishing the official daily newspaper at SPE Offshore Europe 2019. Held biennially in Aberdeen, SPE Offshore Europe is one of the continent's largest oil and gas events. Approximately 36,000 people and 900 exhibitors representing 130 countries attended its 2017 edition.
