Saudi company signs MOU with infrastructure developers to explore plans for hydrogen export corridor via Dutch port
Saudi renewables developer Acwa Power is exploring the potential to ship liquefied green hydrogen to the Dutch port of Amsterdam as it steps up its efforts to build a hydrogen customer base in Europe. It has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with energy storage and distribution firm Zenith Energy Terminals, LNG shipping firm GasLog and the Port of Amsterdam to explore the potential creation of a “green hydrogen export corridor”.
