This year’s Power Play awards have seen the opening of an expanded category for applicants of all genders. The Pioneer award looks to highlight advances in innovation and technology as well as celebrating great business deals across the LNG value chain.
The LNG Power Play Pioneer Award has been developed to highlight these exciting innovations across the LNG value chain.
The Pioneer Award honours a person who has delivered outstanding business results or innovation and technology leadership in LNG. Colleagues might note their unrelenting positive energy or unique ability to advance a technology, innovation or business goals, but they likely describe themselves as someone who thrives on success. Qualifying activities may include, for example, closing a large deal, spearheading technology development/deployment, performing a new installation, leading a cost-saving initiative or engaging in an innovative commercial deal. The application requires nominees to respond, in 500 words or fewer, to each of the following three points:
- Describe the nominee’s stand-out business result(s) or technology and innovation contribution(s) that make them a candidate for the Pioneer award;
- How has this nominee distinguished themselves from other successful colleagues in LNG?
- Summarise any additional information important for consideration in the nominations such has honors/ developments/ deployments/ installations/ initiatives/ deals/ publications or milestones.
