Greensand consortium pursues North Sea CCS pilot
Pilot could inform full-scale project to capture and permanently store 4-8mn t CO₂/yr, developers say
A consortium led by global chemical giant Ineos, German oil and gas producer Wintershall Dea and Denmark’s Maersk Drilling continues to pursue plans for one of Europe’s first full-chain carbon capture and storage (CCS) pilot projects in the Danish North Sea.
